Lil' Mynx Poles - How Do They Attach?

Hey y'all!

I'm looking into buying a home pole and need to accomodate for my house having rather low ceilings. I've done some research and it seems like getting a custom cut Lil' Mynx pole is my best bet, but I have not been able confirm if they are tension poles or if they bolt directly to the ceiling.

After work I'll be able to contact the manufacturer but I thought it might be worthwhile to toss the question out here in the meantime in case anyone knows.
