Immediate Rehoming Needed– Chanel, Denton, TX

I’m looking for a safe, loving home or temporary foster for Chanel, a female dog in the Denton area. Chanel is generally friendly with people and other dogs. Her owner is on hospice and I cannot take in a dog right now at all financially or emotionally. I need placement by tomorrow afternoon or I will be forced to place her in an unsafe shelter. Edit: To answer some reoccurring questions, I do not know if she’s good with cats. I have never seen her interact with any. Also a disclaimer, Chanel is not my dog. I feel a lot of people are getting confused, I have only had her at my home for about 2 months, she fell into my care and I hardly have time for her with work and college. I don’t want to keep her because #1 my friend is dying…I’m grieving and an emotional wreck, #2 I just don’t have the time, #3 another expense will definitely put me in a tough position. Most shelters/ rescues in dallas require a Dallas address (trust me i’ve called and looked), I don’t have that. It is just me guys, I am the only one working to rehome this dog and shelters are packed.
