Unpopular question - what are the fun, minimally soul draining, sales jobs that are the less talked about niches/gems in sales?

We always hear about tech sales, saas, medical sales, life insurance … what are the roles that are lesser known that arent an absolute grind? I saw someone post about fence sales that made good money. I remember on another post, there was a dog poop removal service discussed. Maybe its better phrased like: people who absolutely love their sales role, what do you sell?
