Fundraising Ideas for School Club

My school is very poor and nobody has school spirit. Nobody is willing to donate (tried instaraise already). We already sell things during lunch. I'm responsible for fundraising and we need a lot of money. I'm talking money in the hundreds and thousands. We already make hundreds from collabs with restaurants and stuff but it isn't enough. Every competition trip costs so much and its also so important to keep the costs down for the members. The club is very big (think 100+) but everyone is busy and unwilling to put time into fundraising except for the officers. I am wondering if there are any ways to make money quickly for a school club? We've also been the state champions for more than a decade, if that would make any difference, and have been on the news. I've looked into sponsers but we aren't allowed to do it due to some school regulation. I would appreciate everyone's ideas, so thank you very much
