PSA for Ncase M2 users who are planning to go for Intel and B860M Mortar. Do NOT go for Thermalright PA120 Mini

The Intel backplane adapter for the Thermalright will hit the skeletal spine for the motherboard tray because it is quite thick. Specifically those 2 corner where it can shift depending on whether you're on LGA1151+ or LGA700+. You will need to either modify the motherboard tray, or shift the motherboard somehow and leave a hole. I need to scramble to buy something else in the end just so I have cooler for the CPU.

I am not aware if this is widespread Intel motherboard issue for Thermalright, , or that it is specific issue for my own motherboard choice and others do not have problem, or that this is also issue for older Intel motherboard, but I think its better to just avoid it if you have the choice. My motherboard is MSI B860M Mortar for reference.
