Problem with a new G29

Hello everybody!

Amazon delivered my new G29 today, and I can’t seem to get it working. The problem is that although the paddles work, the wheel doesn’t, neither the button nor the steering. I have the most recent drivers and LGS, use Windows 10 and tried plugging it in an USB 2 and 3 port already. The light next to the PS3/PS4 switch is completely off, so no blinking or whatever it should probably do.

Maybe anyone here has got an idea on how to fix this or if there is a way to fix this, Thanks in advance to everyone thinking about a solution!
