How do you “reintroduce” core functions you’ve broken??

If I broke Global Address Book functionality with an Outlook update, and then said to the world:

“Rest assured, our development team is diligently working to reintroduce features such as Address Books, email editing, notification timers, calendars, local file attachment support, etc.”

I would be out of a job, and these Sonos employees should be too. *Reintroduce* shit they broke??

My god the idiocy behind this is worse than when Belkin decided to add an auto http redirect to an advertisement into their routers via firmware update, so you’d be doing shit in a browser and randomly get pointed to their adds instead.

This is literally the message they’re sending:

“Rest assured, our development team is diligently working to *reintroduce* features such as playlist creation, queue editing, sleep timers, alarms, local library support, etc.

While we work on bringing these features back to the mobile app, please note that you can view, enable, disable, or change any settings related to your Sonos alarms via the Sonos desktop application for Mac or PC. We thank you for your continued support and understanding.”

Rest assured? Good god these people are inept.
