Baseball steak

Salted these yesterday and cooked them in ghee in my stainless steel pan. Not perfect, but came out so tender and juicy. I pulled it at 126°F and it came out just how I wanted. Looks like I cooked one side just a bit too long before flipping at some point. Alas.
