1751 days, and today almost broke me... but it didn't.

Just a reminder to everyone out there, it gets easier, but the cravings will come back from time to time.

Today was one of those days for me, just a bunch of stuff at work making me stressed and a bunch of stuff at home making me sad.

I wanted so badly to stop by a bar after work, just for a beer and maybe a conversation with a stranger. I didn't though, and while it may have helped in the short term, I know it would only make things worse in the long run.

Stay strong, even when it's tough. I will not drink with you today.

Also, this group is a bastion of safety so thanks for that.
