Returning and a daily lurker. I had 2 successful runs in the past, 100 days once and finally 200 days another time. I pray I can be done with the poison once and for all. This is such hard work and I realize I didn't manage to get myself the additional support and tools needed for ongoing success. This sub has been such great help! I can't recall why I fell off the wagon in the past, but the benefits I gained back then were remarkable. I assume and hope to achieve those results again. IWNDWYT
