Finally Hit Rock Bottom

Been a lurker in this subreddit for a while, trying to stop multiple times but never quite getting there. My dad died back in February from his liver failing after being an alcoholic for 50+ years. Last night I got absolutely blasted, fell in the bathroom of my AirBnB and broke a painting when I fell. The glass cut my eye and my girlfriend had to clean everything up because I was damn wasted. I then proceeded to yell and scream at my mom and brother and said some apparently awful things. My girlfriend filled me in on everything I did... I feel like absolute shit. I really hope this really is the end of it for me... I'm officially trying to stop. Again. IWNDWYT
