Best mocktail recipes?

Hi all, Im having a low key wedding in a couple months and we are making large 3 gallon pitcher serve yourself mocktails. I'm hoping people may have a recipe or two to suggest as a good mocktail that isn't just giving mixed juice. I'd still like it to feel "grown up" and not like little kid punch. I've considered using elderflower or other Italian cordials to give it a bit of a unique flavor but I know flowers aren't a universally loved flavor. Im also looking for things that can be served out of a spouted beverage container, so nothing that requires it to be made in a shaker.

Does anyone have some good recipes up their sleeve?
