loneliness

hi friends,

so i love being sober and have had a great time these past couple of months getting back into my own groove, as it were. i generally do enjoy spending time alone and doing things by myself. but sometimes, i just want to go to the bar and meet people, have an excuse to talk to new friends, etc. I feel like I have social energy that I dont have an outlet for. I have a lot of close friends but they are pretty busy, and I miss meeting new casual acquaintances and just hanging out with people I run into. How do yall deal with feeling lonely?
