I was supposed to go to an NHL game to celebrate 5 years of sobriety last year, but everything shut down.

I was such an anxious wreck about the pandemic during those first few weeks that passing five years of sobriety barely registered.

Here we are a year later: I am celebrating six years of sobriety AND I get vaccinated tomorrow! Incredible!
