I stopped drinking in august.

I got arrested for something unrelated but part of my bond conditions were to “not be around alcohol”. I haven’t had a drink since august 19th. I’m kind of disappointed I was hoping for some renewed mental clarity or my body to feel better but I feel exactly the same as before. I don’t miss drinking but I do miss seeing all my friends at the bar.
