Silicone shoes for my puppet

These shoes are made from Platsil-gel 10 silicone.

They have an armature inside to attach the puppet to the table, and to bend the toe.

First i sculpted a shoe in Chavant clay, then made a mold of that using utracal-30.

Tinted silicone was then applied with a brush to the areas that have color - otherwise the shoe would all be one color when it's cast.

Next I attached the foot armature to some plexiglass, and screwed it into the mold, which I prepared with some built-in M3 nuts.

The main dark blue silicone was then poured into the shoe mold, and the plexiglass-with-foot-attached was then screwed into place.

Finally, I removed the shoe from the mold and attached it to my puppet.
