Help with OBS - Tab Display Turning Black When Clicking on Another Tab

First of all, I apologize if I'm breaking any rules. I'm fairly unskilled at Reddit so I apologize beforehand!

So, my issue is as discussed in the title.

I want to set up a stream where I just play music and I show my camera recording myself as I type. I want to create a routine for my work, so I thought streaming 2 hours a day would be a good idea.

My issue is, whenever I click on a different window, the window where I show music turns black. The plan is that my stream looks like the first picture, but when I click on the window where I will work on, the screen turns black, as shown in the second picture

Is there any way to fix this? I don't have a graphic card nor a capture card, so that might be the issue. I genuinely don't know and have been looking around to no avail.

I also use Opera GX and turned off Hardware Acceleration

It's my first time attempting to stream something so I'd love the help!
