In person guest stream setup

Hello, I'm planning out a setup for streaming with an in person guest. I currently have a working setup but there are issues I'd like to improve on. Right now audio is captured by a webcam mic so... not ideal and I would appreciate suggestions for broadcasting mics that are good for capturing two speakers.

The other half of the project is providing audio output for myself and my guest. Right now I use vac and audio repeaters. The setup works well but the headsets I'm using are both noise cancelling so my guest and I end up not really being able to hear each other well. If anyone has hardware suggestions or workarounds I'm very interested.

I also have 2 sets of bluetooth headphones that can be run in awareness mode but I've never been able to put together a setup where two bluetooth headsets could be connected and both output the same audio. Thank you for reading and any suggestions you might have.
