Simple streamer question

We have an old Pyle amp and need to remotely send music to the amp. I thought bluetooth might be the way, but, am thinking wifi streamer would be better. I've seen the WiiM mini, but and stuck on thinking this is an ios only device - we don't have any ios devices, but, would like to control our music with our android smartphones. We do have a Spotify account. Will we be able to stream from our android phones to the WiiM mini via wifi and port that music to our Pyle amp? Thanks for your assistance.
