Extreme tiredness after a stroke

Hi

I (42/m from Sweden) had a small stroke about two months ago. My right hand was affected and the right side of my jaw.

I have recovered well and I only feel it on and off. Nobody can see that I have had a stroke since I can move around normally and do just about anything i could before.

I do however get this mind numbing tiredness.

When I have this tiredness just walking feels like I walk in deep sand or in water, and I feel numb and just off. I can't sleep very good either, it's not that kind of tiredness.

I remember feeling like this sometimes in my youth when I came home really really drunk and lay down in my bed late in the night after beeing out partying, just now it's without the drunkedness.

I hear a low beeping sound when I get in this "state" just like tinnitus.

The tiredness keeps me from working full time and some days I can't even leave from home.

Do you know any new research about this kind of mind tiredness I am experiencing?
