Strong Nodes and Crypto Tracking/Accounting

Strong is my first journey into node investing and it's a little different than just staking coins because creating a Strong node is a sunk cost and you can never recover those Strong tokens you created the node with.

So my question is how do you account for that in your tracking/accounting? I currently use coin [cointracking.info](https://cointracking.info) but have also looked into koinly.

I initially entered the Strong purchases in cointracking but didn't make any entry when I created strong nodes, nor have I recognized Strong tokens earned yet.

How would you enter the creation of nodes to accurately reflect that they're gone forever but are still an incoming earning asset? Do you recognized the Strong earned as income and then write it off as a loss when you create a new node?

What crypto tracking/tax site do you prefer?
