Modern Gen 1 Tauros

I love the legendary status of gen 1 Tauros, and wish he had stayed meta relevant as time went on. I'm proposing we give him an ability to"old school" which lets him use all the old gen 1 mechanics. This includes no recharge on kill hyper beam, speed based crits, essentially full ev investment in all stats, old physical special split (not sure how much this helps/hurts), immunity to body slam paralysis, gen 1 blizzard, and have his old special stat. Feel free to add other old quirks im forgetting if they're relevant/interesting. I know old crits also ignored your boosts, which can be detrimental, but shouldn't matter.

This would greatly improve its bulk, damage output, and versatility.

It would keep its modern learnset and can hold an item. If there's any pieces of modern or old school changes you want to substitute out (maybe no held item, or if you think it would be better keeping the gen 4 physical special split) feel free to mess around.

I'm not sure that it would be enough to get the bull back into OU, but I'm hoping it would make him more relevant in higher tiers. I can't imagine this would make him broken, especially in the face of gen 9 power creep, but I'm not an expert.

Also it'd be funny if it gave him the old school 1/256 glitch
