My Mega Blastoise X rework (OC)

So, once again, this is Mega Blastoise X (Formerly Mega Blastoise Z). It basically appeared in my head, so I decided to draw it. A lot of you guys (including the mods) were pretty concerned that this was incredibly OP(Even to the point that I had to repost it on Stunday), so I nerfed it.

Again, as opposed to regular Mega Blastoise, Mega Blastoise X focuses more on its Attack stat rather than its Special Attack and defenses. And you guys noted that the ability basically made it


so I made sure its ability got nerfed.

Previously, the ability functioned like Magic Bounce but for literally EVERY single-target special move, which basically made it immune to basically almost everything that could potentially damage it. I didn't think much of it at the time, but the original post's comments noted it was even BETTER than Wonder Guard, so I changed it to only include ball, bomb, and pulse moves so it wouldn't be as overpowered.

Other than that, the stats are still the same. It still gains better Steel-type moves like Hard Press and Iron Head, and the ability's still called Justice Parry(It just sounds cool).

So, what do you think about my second attempt of posting this previously-Stinkpost-esque 'mon? Think of any strategies and nerf/buff ideas for it?
