Might do a drivetrain swap from low miles wrecked car into high miles good body impreza

I have a 2004 Impreza wagon with a 5 speed that has 160k on it and drives flawlessly. The problem is the vehicle took a pretty significant smack on the front end and it all sorts of wonky. It hit directly on the crash bar so the Radiator and condenser got pushed in to the point where the fans are rubbing on the radiator hose. Some how the thing still drives perfect. I drove it home like 20 miles and it didn't even over heat despite the fans not working. Now I have the opportunity to pick up the exact same car for basically nothing. This car has 320k on the body and needs a clutch. The body is in really good shape.

I am toying with the idea of swapping the entire drive train from the low miles wrecked car into the high miles good car. I'm thinking probably struts and wheels bearings at the very least. The high miles car has a fairly new steering rack and had ball joints tie rods done at 275k.

What else would you not trust and be sure to replace if you decided to be as stupid as me and do this lol
