How do I take care of this guy???

So for context, crassula have been the bane of my collection, always dropping dead like flies. I don't know what I did wrong, and this is my third attempt to care for this crassula species.

Materials on hand: Soil mix (70:30 inorganic to organic, zeolite-based with grain size roughly 2-5mm, mainly biochar organics with coco husk)

Temperatures: daytime: 32-35°c, nighttime: 27-29°c
