Something to look at while washing up

[Bit concerned by this guy. He took a tumble (2 year old knocked it over) and has turned a bit brown. Some of the leaves have black marks. No idea what it is, random purchase a couple of years ago.](https://i.imgur.com/AevJvy1.jpg)

I think it needs a repot.

Tbh I constantly worry. The prickly has black spots, the aloe has very slight browning on its tips.
