Help deciding between 2 prebuilts (Canada) [ITG]

Debating between these two prebuilts, very little experience in assessing specs.

Currently I have: CyperPowerPC (specs below)

They're both $3,300 CAD ($2,400 USD) and look to be almost the same.

1. Are they even good specs for the price? 2. Are these even worth the upgrade or is it not much of an upgrade 3. Which seems to be the better choice between the two?

I do a lot of gaming, including higher end triple AAA titles, watching videos/streams at the same time.
