Trilogy where main character is in therapy after the events of the second book.

Does anyone know of this? I want to say it was a YA title, siblings fight evil and defeat it in the second book, the sister vanishes in that fight and the third book is about the brother being in therapy because of the events of the previous two books.

I know all that but I don’t know the title, help if you can! Thanks!
