Suggest me a book that feels like The Hobbit and/or Hatchet?

Hello,

I'm interested in books/media that are in the vein of Paulsen's Hatchet and/or The Hobbit, ideally a mashup. I'll settle for stuff that is just similar to only one though.

Magic/fantasy is optional.

Young protagonists are preferable, but any age is fine.

The idea is that a young person is trying to survive a wilderness alone or in a very small group, and trying to get somewhere to complete a task.

Other books that are in this vein are Robinson Crusoe or The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon or even War of the Worlds or The Chrysalids.

The thing is I'm finding lots of survival books where the protagonist stays in one spot, or I find quest books where the survival element is minor.
