What's Next After The Stormlight Archives?

I'm on *Oathbringer* now and expect to finish it up soon. I've seen Sanderson mentioned a lot on this sub, but what should I read next?

I love the deep, in-depth story of SA, but I also love the feeling of hope that suffuses the books. So while ASOIAF has that same complexity, I'm not looking for that level of bleakness at this point.
