Books about losing weight and gaining mental toughness around 40

I’m turning 40 in a few months. I’m a married man with 2 young kids, under 5. I have the tendency to get comfortable and not push myself to try new things or put myself out there and my career shows it. I’m also about 60 pounds overweight and feeling like I’m entering the middle of my life, and the start of my kids life, in a lull. I read David Goggins ‘Can’t hurt me’ in January and it sparked something in me that motivated me to do more with my life. I started waking up at 5 am to go for walks and loved listening to the audio book of how dedicated he is and how he doesn’t accept the BS excuses most people put out there. How you should try and do something that makes you uncomfortable everyday so when things come up in life, you’re prepared! Im now down 27 pounds and keeping it going. I’ve found a bunch of books in the same category about extreme athletes or navy seals without great God given talent that just commutes themselves and achieved great things.

I’m looking for more suggestions of books like this. About people that decided enough is enough and it’s time to quit with the excuses and commit yourself to being the best person/father/husband you can be!

Does anybody have any suggestions? It could be an overweight person that woke up one day and made the change. Or maybe someone that got tired of working the same job forever and quit to pursue their dreams!

Thanks for your help
