Who’s the better chef: Lex Luthor or Doom?

Not sure why this popped into my head. I was thinking of the various super geniuses of comics and who would be the best chef. I briefly thought about adding Batman but he famously doesn’t cook for himself and doesn’t seem to regard food as anything but fuel for his mission. So I just narrrowed it down to the two acknowledged genius badguys. So who do you think could whip up the best meal?
