Corresponding Gains

Description:-

The user may bind one title at a time. Gains corresponding to the bound title are realized in a fraction of normal time, calculated dynamically based on factors(talent, exposure, prior gains, mentors, resources,etc.)

Rules:-

Single Bound Title: Only one title is bound at a time. Current Title Gains: Accelerated based on dynamic factors (talent, exposure, prior gains, mentors, resources,etc). Lower Titles: In a progressive hierarchy, lower titles' gains are realized near-instantly upon exposure; Self-Only: Affects only the user; no external changes.
