Cape Refund Issue

Hello,

I submitted my cape declaration on 04/20 and it was accepted, I submitted it myself not my broker. I noticed today when I pulled the ES-022 that the CF8411 information shows my broker as the notify party. Do I need to have my broker file PSCs to remove themselves from the CF8411?

I want to make sure we're getting the refund not the broker as we paid the customs directly to CPB.
