Has this happened to anyone else? 2 items purchased single cart (keychain & sunscreen)

So almost 2 weeks ago I ordered a keychain and the sunscreen from the recent drop, they've been taking awhile but I didn't think much of it. I ordered just those 2 items (single cart), I haven't gotten an email they shipped yet but I'm able to see they've started the process via the FedEx app and Apple Pay. But for some reason it's showing 3 tracking numbers and Apple Pay showed my order as being split. The keychain will arrive tomorrow it seems but no word on the sunscreen yet. But I'm not sure why I have 3 tracking numbers, did supreme mess up and I'm getting a free item? (Massively unlikely) but I've never had an order take this long. Everything from this season has arrived in under a week. In the past l've even had stuff ship the day it dropped and arrive that Friday or Saturday.
