Cannot reset this PC for a clean install. Please help

Hi all,

I absolutely love my Surface Pro X, but was wanting to reset the PC and reinstall Windows 10.

When I go to Reset this PC (in Settings), and then choose Clean Install (not the keep my files option), it just hangs. I can keep using my computer, but nothing happens - e.g. it doesn't restart and commence a clean install. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and knows what.I can do. I have tried several times and waited hours to no avail. I was wondering if anyone else knows of anything I can try?

On my other Surfaces I downloaded the system restore files from the Surface support website, however, I am worried about doing this in case I lose my Windows Pro license.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
