Has this been addressed regarding the Rob situation?

I've read a few interviews from Rob and he really seems to double down on the story of getting injured on Day 3 and just hiding the symptoms. But in every interview I've read so far, there hasn't been any follow up to what treatment he received (if any) after leaving. If he was so worried about infection, why did he not just take antibiotics as a precaution? Did he need antibiotics after he quit?

It just seems like there isn't any info as to whether his injury actually required treatment, but given how much he said it was causing him pain, it feels like that should be included. Right now the impression is that it was all just in his head and as soon as he ate and slept in a bed his leg magically healed with no treatment required.

I'm just really curious to know if his injury actually was legit or just completely psychosomatic and his brain's way of trying to create a more favorable narrative for him than that he just wanted to quit from hunger/sleep deprivation/lonlieness.
