How do I change de Backgroundcolor of the Title Element of an NavigationView in SwiftUI?

I have an NavigationView with a grouped List. The Title of my NavigationView is large, but the Backgrroundcolor of the Title of the NavigationView is grey and not white. How can I change it so that the Background of "Settings" is white?
