Coming back after quite a few years

I haven't touched this game in at least six or seven years, and I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Can anyone look at my builds and tell me what I was doing? I know my Vanguard was supposed to be a tank and my Sentinel was supposedly DPS, but beyond that I don't know what I was building for or what my rotations should have been.
