Rested EXP reduced?

It doesn't feel like the rested bonus lasts as long after the 7.0 update, am I imagining things? Before it felt like if I logged off for the night and came back the next day I'd have rested exp that would extend through at least one full level, but this morning I logged in and I have basically none.

You know how there are ten bars that make up the full exp bar? My overnight stay in a rest zone gave me half of one of the ten exp bars. I did cancel my sub, but my last month is not over yet so I still have my subscriber status. Is it supposed to be like this now?
