First time home owner - noob question about bins.

We recently purchased a home and it came with these two green bins. They’re different coloured lids but I’m not sure if the darker one is the same purpose as the brighter green colour? All my neighbours only ever put out the bright green bins. If they are for the same purpose and I were to put them both out on bin night , would council collect both?

Edit : I have 4 bins - 1 red, 1 yellow and these two greens.
