[PSA]Installing Sonarr from SynoCommunity actually gets you the latest version

Hello,

It used to be discouraged to install Sonarr as a Syno package (from SynoCommunity). The sonarr wiki said:

\> The NAS package is poorly maintained and frequently out of date.

However, I just installed Sonarr v4 tonight. Indeed, the Package Center lists it as \`v20240114-4\`:

Which corresponds to release \`v4.0.0.748\` in SynoCommunity:

But in fact, you get the latest version, which is \`4.0.10.2544—Oct 26 2024\` .

This is a very nice surprise.

So, to all those who don't want to put Container Manager, or are reluctant to use Docker, now you can install it with a single click and get the latest version. And I suppose the auto-updates work well too
