Help: DIY 60-second dance party

Looking for some advice on how to build something that I can load, 5 - 10 x 60 second song samples onto that I can take to burns and throw impromptu 60-second dance parties with people walking by.

So, battery powered, ability to connect to a speaker, buttons to trigger samples.

Apologies if this is a nonsense request. :) I don’t know what I don’t know.
