Korg Minilogue Won't Turn On (Not after update)

Hi all. Hoping someone is able to help me as any threads i see online were old and not helpful. Just went to turn on my Korg Minilogue in one day and it just wont power on. Tried brand new power cable, tried factory reset, tried holding down the 6 and 8 and power. Nothing is working. And Korg was not helpful at all. They just sent me a link to a website that helps you find 3rd party repair companies. Let me know if anyone has had this issue resolved before.
