MIDI Controlling Korg Volca FM 2 Synth

I am super new to synths and keyboards, I just got a Korg Volca FM 2 that I want to control with a keyboard. I have a Casio WK220 and a Yamaha YPG 235. Both have female USB-B ports, the Korg has 3.5mm TRS MIDI In and Out.

I'm not sure if the USB on those keyboards will let them control the Korg, they don't explicitly say MIDI (I don't know anything about MIDI stuff). I don't see an obvious cable solution. I think I need to convert the USB B to 5-pin with 2 (maybe 3 adapters), and then get a 5-pin - 3.5mm MIDI adapter. It seems odd to string 3-4 adapters together, so I'm wondering if that would even work?

If not, I'm looking at the Behringer Swing keyboard as a controller because it's cheap and has a 5-pin MIDI out, would that work or is there a better option?
