Trading in a microfreak towards a hydrasynth

Thinking of trading in my microfreak towards funding a hydrasynth.

I dont mind the freak and its cool but to me hydrasynth is the next step up.

Am I missing something amazing on the freak or making a mistake? Anything on the freak I couldn't do on the hydrasynth?
