Park Hye Jin "No" Synth drum

I've been obsessed with the drum loop at the beginning of [this song](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfOvx_10bDA) for the past few months. Could anyone guess how it could be made? It sounds synth drum sequel to me, but again I really can't wrap my head around it. Thanks!
