Ideas for cool projects?

Hey folks,

I'm wondering if you could suggest me any ideas for cool projects I could do with two spare computers I have at home... I feel kind of bad for having these two machines with fairly good specs, just sitting there collecting dust. Both computers are ThinkStation P360 Ultra, with CPU Intel i7-12700K, 64Gb DDR5 4000MHz, NVidia RTX RTX A5000 16Gb and 1Tb NVMe disk.

So, what do you suggest?

Thanks a lot!
