Inventory tracking systems

Not strictly a SysAdmin question, but since half of us are kitchen sink types I figured this may be the best place to ask. We recently hired an MSP to assist with our helpdesk system as well as other management systems. Because of this we are going to be using their ticket system, but my current system, Freshworks, is also our inventory management systems. It doesn't make sense to keep this system just for inventory, as it isn't the cheapest, but I don't want to go back to "inventory by excel" either.

Any free or cheap software recommendations? Web based preferred, too. I have used Spiceworks in the past but I wanted to see if there are other options that may be better first.
