Adobe Acrobat Pro standalone installer questions

Hey all, I've searched high and low but have not found any current information about my problem.

I'm trying to update our SCCM Application for deployment of Acrobat and hitting a brick wall. I'm not sure if what I want to do is even possible.

Since only a couple of our users have any Adobe products aside from Acrobat, I don't want to install Creative Cloud for them. I found [this Adobe page](https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/acrobat/kb/download-64-bit-installer.html) (and weirdly, several identical pages but different update times), but when I install from that source, I end up with a version 21.x instead of the current version 24.x. This causes all kinds of havoc with our security software.

I don't have access to the Admin Console, so can't use that to create a deployment package (though as I recall that still required CC)

So two questions I guess:

1. Is it even possible (today) to install *only* Acrobat Pro without Creative Cloud, 2. If it is possible, can I get the installer without access to an Adobe Admin account?
